Will this 2 farad Capacitor have to much effect on my car?

ok so i have 4 12inch subs, 1200peak power and 350rms each. i have a 2 farad capacitor but im debating what will happen when i wire it in. before my friend had 2 subs at around 500rms in all and put a 1 farad capacitor in and it just kept blowing the fuse to the subs, now people keep saying for every 500watts is 1 farad and others are saying for every 1000watts is a farad. i have 4800watts peak power and 1400rms, will the 2 farad capacitor make my fuse just keep popping? if i upgrade my battery would that solve the issue? someone please tell me if the capacitor is to big or solutions around it so i can keep the capacitor!
