I'm starting to like my brother in law's brother?

So I've known my brother in law and his family for a long time. My sister got married to him recently. I've known his brother for a long time as well. We're both 13 and he's half Chinese half Italian but he looks waaay more chinese and he's really cute. He also is really funny and one of my best friends. I'm starting to have a little crush on him. Is this ok? What should I do?
