Tetsuo Shima vs Rurouni Kenshin vs Naruto, vs X.?

Anime Version only. Manga wise I know Tetsuo's power. Basically a God. Infinite control of the universal powers and psychic essence. Speed of light, and even the intelligence of who know how much knowledge. Basically like Galactus, and more powerful than any Psychic rival only Akira. But see the anime version Tetsuo is cut down by waaay to much, and i have a dumb friend who thinks that Kenshin can be defeat everything.. anyways I do wanna see a match in the anime counter parts (which are usually weaker) X anime characters, Tetsuo, Naruto, and Kenshin
