Macbook Air won't turn on?

It couldn't turn on before, so I pressed shift+ctrl+option and I got it too turn on again. But now, I've tried that, along with resetting the PRAM and the SMC, and it won't work. My cousin took it to Best Buy and all they did was jiggle the power button. The closest Apple Store is waaay too far, and I'm only going there as a last resort. Please help!!! D:
