RC Transient Problem (Topic in Control Systems)?

The 20micro-farad capacitor has an initial charge Q=500micro-coulomb at t=0 the switched is close thereby applying the constant voltage E=50volts. Find the transient current. Note that the polarity of the capacitor is (-IC+) and R=1000ohms.
