Sub Or Amp Drawing On Battery Amp Light Is off when cars off?

I have 2 Rockford Fosgate P3's And a Rockford Fosgate P1000 amp and a boss 2 farad capacitor I have a drain on the battery a bad one like if i dont start my car within 18 hours its dead I just got a python 991 alarm and remote start but we ruled that out of the picture When i took the fuse out of the 4 gauge wire going to the battery my car seems to start a lot better and the remote start will actually work on the first try.... i had my starter altenator and battery all checked by advanced auto atuozone orielys and another advanced and a local sub shop guy and it all checked out fine so im wondering how do I fix this problem a bigger battery will do nothing about the drain its still gonna drain and so wouldnt getting a second batttery it would just put more strain on the altenator which was replaced in 09 by the way so thats out of the picture give me any other ideas you have thanks
