Invisalign or braces i only have one crooked tooth?

Im 16 and, my dentist says i need braces now, i only have one crooked teeth in my top row, and my bottow row of teeth are fine, he says ill need braces for a bit over a year, and that kinda sucks seeing as its my last two years or high school. I asked him about invisalign and he seemed really reluctant and said braces would give better results. But the thing is, invisalign is waaay easier to use, painless and no one can see it, like i dont want to have braces in my grad photo. Would invisalign give good results for me?
