I sleep WAAAY too much!?

i go to sleep at 10ish maybe 11. i go to school untill two then come home and sleep till four maybe five then lay around untill 8 and i go to tbe gym. but im trying to lose weight and i cant lose it if im so lazy! what can i do to change this filthy habit?!
