I need something that will help with redness and acne but won't dry out my skin, any recommendations?

I have dry red skin and moderate acne. I've tried Clean & Clear Advantage acne control kit and it dries my skin out waaay too much and makes it pretty red. The cheaper the better please lol I'd like something simple but I don't mind getting something with multiple steps and stuff.
