Do I need a Distributor Block or something else?
Get a stronger alternator and an additional battery. The capacitor does nothing to help your lack of power. You may have the voltage, but not enough current. Watts is calculated by multiplying volts times ampers. To get the 1600 ampplifier watts, you need 134 ampers more than the rest of the car needs to run the engine, lights and accessories. Even at 14 volts, the maximum power you get from your 12 volt battery and alternator, you need another 114 ampers, but continuously pulling 14 volts might cost you a burned out alternator- at least a weak battery. The capacitor generates ZERO volts- it is a power filter. It can collect and dump power from the existing power supply, but it cannot make more power than you have.
