Adobe Premier Pro help please!?

I am trying to make a video (I know nothing about video or editing so please I need help in the most basic terms possible) however the preview screen on the right side of Premier Pro is super zoomed in to the point where I can't see anything. Then I opened the box to attempt to export and it is still zoomed in. Here is a photo of it http://tinypic.com/r/2059br/7 where the frame of the girl's face is waaay more zoomed in than it should be. why is this happening and how do I change it? Thanks so much.
